    My salesman went out of his way to make sure I was happy then the finance team got me a rate on a brand new vehicle that I didn't think was possible. It was a great experience from start to finish

    They did a good job repairing my car. My only problem was that it wasn't ready when expected. That didn't bother me but I couldn't get anyone to call me back with an update. My advisor was out for several days and apparently no one took the calls meant for him.

    The agent who checked me in was great. Listened to my concerns. The guy who checked me out came across as defensive. I questioned the phone charger issue and he said it tested normal as designed. I explained again the phone over heats and the phone will shut down from being too hot. He said it was the first time he has ever had a customer with this problem. I explained to him that there are multiple forums online with people expressing their aggravation with the phone charger. He tried to put blame on my phone. I use rental cars frequently and do not have the same issue. I also have a wireless charger in my boat and do not have this issue. He came across very defensive and non-empathic.
