I went in to get my 30 K maintenance, oil changed, tires rotated, and a recall taken care of. They made sure to collect my money and get me out the door didn’t explain to me that they didn’t do the recall I had to go back in and ask why the recall wasn’t on the paperwork, and then he explained that the tool that they needed for the recall was nowhere to be found. They said they would make it right by coming to get my car during the week and taking care of the recall. I have yet to hear from anyone and I feel like it is not my responsibility to reach out to them. They are the ones that made the mistake. I I feel like they completed the tasks that they got paid for, but they weren’t worried about the tasks that they aren’t gonna get paid for.
