Car buying experience was very easy. However, picking up the car was less than stellar. Once the deal was done, I expected to pick up a very clean and washed car. This was not the case. The car was dirty on the outside and black finger prints were all over the door jams and interior. The car has just been dropped off from the transport truck and it was clear that it wasn’t touched. When we initially saw the car, I opened the trunk and there was caked on dirt from transport. When we took delivery of the car, the filth was still there. The ONLY thing the dealer did was remove the sticker and give us a temp tag.
I think this was a really really bad look for this dealer. Part of getting a sale is delivery quality service until the car is delivered. The salesman didnt even walk us out to the car. He just pointed in the direction of the car and we left.
I’m happy with the price I paid but the EXPERIENCE was pretty bad.
