Went in for an oil change and I was in and out pretty fast. They made some service recommendations but were not pushy or high pressure like the VW dealership I’ve gone to in the past. I’m sure I’ll be back.

John with the service department was fantastic. I work in Louisville and had to drop off and pick up after hours. He coordinated that perfectly. He was able to repair one of my items under warranty, and the cost of the other repairs was very reasonable for a dealership. Very, very happy with my experience. Even though there is a closer VW dealership, I will return to this one!

I was happy with the service I did receive but I asked for several things to be done on my car, and it was not done. I live an hour away, so I didn't want to have to come back. It took two hours to change my oil, so the service was a little slow.

I had bought my wife a new Blue 2024 Taos SE in August and we got such a great deal working with Alex that I started looking for another one for myself. My wife was truly enjoying her car, and since this is a very economical SUV I was hoping that I could find one. I found a White 2024 Taos SE that had everything I was looking for. I was really surprised when I came in to test drive it that it has a double glass sun roof with half of it being retractable along with the shade. The other thing that made this SUV affordable for me was the State Farm full coverage that is the lowest cost compared all the others. When I had questions about the Taos, I always got trueful answers back from them. During the weekend that my car was getting cleaned up and detailed inside and out they had were in the area where hail was falling and causing dimples on cars in the area. I called them about this and they told me that the car inside the whole time and was going to be their until I would come and pick it up on Thursday, March 20, 2025. I was given instruction on getting my Galaxy phone blue tooth connected so the apps on it would be working through it. It has keyless unlock of the drive door and and starting. I am really happy with everything and enjoying driving it. I highly recommend that you would go to Volks Wagon of Clarksville if you are looking for a new or used car they will not be putting any uncomfortable pressure on you at any time.
