    Volkswagen of Clarksville has been our go-to for the past four cars we have purchased. They have always provided exceptional service. During the last hail storms, after we purchased our brand-new vehicles, they allowed us to keep them in their showroom until the storms passed. John is a fantastic representative who is always willing to go above and beyond for his clients, and Stephen is incredible at making sure the car purchase experience goes smoothly. The entire crew makes purchasing a car feel like a great experience. I always highly recommend purchasing a vehicle through this dealership

    Work was great. Communication was not. We were told conflicting information by different people. We were told we would be called with updates and were not. When dropping off the vehicle, we were told the part may not be in and that it would most likely not be completed within the day. An order was not placed as said it would be. I was originally told it would be a week to arrive, called two weeks later and was told that it wasn’t in and couldn’t find an order for it. Still waiting on that part to arrive.

    This is my place to go for all my vehicle services. I really wouldn’t trust anyone else but here to take care of my Jetta. The staff here is professional but yet they treat you as family. I’ve owned my Jetta since 2019 and have always came here for everything. They do not try to oversell you anything in the service department but they are honest in what your vehicle needs.

    I wasn't informed about the process of checking in or where to go causing me to fumble around trying to find where to go inside the dealership. I had scheduled an oil change and was unsold a 50k mile service (which was expensive) and left with tire pressure warning light on. Everything was in my Husband's name and contacts even though I made the appointment, brought the car and corrected the information at check in. I then decided to Uber home instead of waiting 2 plus hours in the service department. I then had to call and check on the car before closing time because no one called me when the car was ready. I barely got an Uber in time to pickup my car. When I was able to be in contact with my husband apparently VW was calling, and sending videos to him updating him on the process, while I'm the point person for this chore and he is not available. We own two VW Tegaun and thought we wanted them to be serviced by VW technicians, but this experience has us questioning our decision.
