I brought my car in three months ago for an inspection/tune up. My tire warning system had just come on at the time and I informed the maintenance team. Rather than checking the tire they just refilled it and sent me on my way. Three months later and the tire again went flat and when I went to get it fixed I was charged for all four tires because the tire wear was just past the limit. If the issue had been resolved three months ago I probably would only have had to replace two tires. Even worse is I tried to make an appt and was told to just come in but had to wait 6 hours for a tire replacement.
