The Clarksville location was the worst customer service experience I’ve had with VW. One service attendant was polite and professional but the other was rude and extremely unhelpful. Very little communication. I was told I would hear back in two days. At the end of the third day, after calling multiple times I finally was able to speak to someone. They had my car for a week and told me they would not provide a lower car which affected my work schedule. After guessing what the issue was, they “fixed the issue” only to have the issue to start again after having the car back for two days. I will never go back to Themis dealership this will probably be my last VW purchase.

This was the second time taking my car into the dealer due to a raffle type noise coming from under the vehicle. First time was told the technician couldn’t hear the noise. Took the car back another day when I was out and it was doing the issue and have someone ride with me and confirmed the heard the noise. Scheduled my service and left my car the whole day to be looked at and was told it was due to someone being in the back door storage area. This was not the case as soon as I left the dealer the noise returned but the dealership was closing so I couldn’t take it back. At this point, the amount of time and energy is not worth continuing to take it back and be told they do not believe anything is wrong. Thankfully this car is just a lease but I want it documented the issue is not resolved.
