I sat for 2 1/2 hours only to be told the part needed had to be ordered. Then I was told it would be in two days later and it’s been 6 days and still no call. The service attendant was very nice and apologized but that’s 2 1/2 hours I won’t get back.

Anthony in the service department is hands down the best person I’ve dealt with in customer service. He is always thorough and helpful, he single handedly is the reason I continue to support and work with Volkswagen. My vehicle(s) have had several issues unfortunately but, Anthony makes you feel and understand that you’re not just another customer you’re his top priority no matter how many people he is helping . He makes you feel like part of the family. When you’re purchasing a high dollar item like a vehicle and need maintenance done it can typically feel like a daunting task one in which you’re bound to lose. Not when you’re dealing with Anthony in service at Volkswagen of Clarksville. You feel welcome you feel confident and comfortable. As a man I always take my wife’s cars to be serviced but here I feel more than happy to allow my wife to go by herself because I know she won’t be taken advantage of and will be handled respectfully and will get only the service she needs.
