I purchased a 2018 VW bug through an online vendor. I went to VW of Clarksville and made it known that I would be bringing my car in for all service. I purchased an extended warranty on the car and just made an appointment when the oil indicator advised me to do so. I drove into the dealership, they knew who I was, greeted me at the door and serviced my car quickly and efficiently. I got the same expert service I have always gotten at this dealership. THANK YOU for such great care to my two beloved VW bugs. I fell in love with them in Germany, where I lived from 1968-1970. They are charming little tanks. I drove in the Bavarian Alps on snow and ice regularly!! Wish they were still being made.
