Felt stuck. Bought a car I didn’t care for after I got it home. Ended up doing something I should have so partially my fault. Not happy with what I have or ended up with. Not even sure why I went back. Driving a dog less wonder now. I wanted clean out of the first deal. Had not even been 24 hours. But was told my check was already deposited and the deal could not be undone. Ended up losing thousands on trade and other things like a CPO warranty didn’t even need when o cam back to drop off the car i didn’t want. Hoping to make so sort of deal on a brand new one. After the fact and somewhat before I signed for the new Tiguan. In all honesty the Tiguan sucks and is an under powered over technology car I dislike as much as the used car I had bought the day before. Then felt like again I was not being listened to during the finance portion of the deal. Where the word “no” was scuffed at. Like I had no idea what I was talking about. Over all a bad experience. Sales guy was fine. He seemed to be rushing around trying to make me happy. But the only way to have would of been to undo that deal from the day before and give me back my 19,500. I for sure would have felt like I could have looked over the lot and check out a couple of the other versions of the vw cars I liked. This is now technically my fourth purchase from your dealership. Only good aspect was zero percent. But o can’t wait to get a head of the depreciation and get rid of this Tiguan. Before o lose anymore money. The sel trim line or even an atlas would have been a better fit. But then again to much technology. And the touch on the steering wheel keeps changing all the settings.I HATE it
