They did a good job repairing my car. My only problem was that it wasn't ready when expected. That didn't bother me but I couldn't get anyone to call me back with an update. My advisor was out for several days and apparently no one took the calls meant for him.

The agent who checked me in was great. Listened to my concerns. The guy who checked me out came across as defensive. I questioned the phone charger issue and he said it tested normal as designed. I explained again the phone over heats and the phone will shut down from being too hot. He said it was the first time he has ever had a customer with this problem. I explained to him that there are multiple forums online with people expressing their aggravation with the phone charger. He tried to put blame on my phone. I use rental cars frequently and do not have the same issue. I also have a wireless charger in my boat and do not have this issue. He came across very defensive and non-empathic.

My sales rep was great! He took all the time we needed to settle on all the options I had for the SUV. He sat in the car with me and showed me how everything worked, from the options on the touch screen to working the driver dash to the buttons on the steering wheel. He gave me his honest opinion of which one to choose. The drive options on the 2 SUVs I had chosen. He was was a great asset to me as I came to the decision. We downloaded the app to my phone. Set it all up. Then finance was ready for me. He also was able to get through all the paperwork I had to sign and explained each document before I signed. Advice was given on certain additional benefits and how the warranty worked. The team was great and I had a seamless experience. After signing my sales guy got back to me. Had my car detailed and ready to go when I met back with him. I truly appreciated the treatment I received. Keep that sales and finance people that took care of me and I’ll be back over and over to get another SUV. This SUV is great to drive. I love this thing. Maybe try an Atlas in 3 years. Thank you to sales rep for being the guy that will keep me coming back
